Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty is experienced in leasing and managing your property. We make it easy by getting to know you and your needs, marketing your property through our offices and on over 30 rental related websites such as Zillow and Trulia. We also place your listing on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so that all licensed agents can view your property.
What We Do
We schedule appointments for prospective tenants to view your property, handle all the necessary paperwork, including the rental application, move-in inspections, quarterly inspections, move-out inspections and the lease agreement. We collect the rents, process evictions when necessary, work with tenants to correct HOA violations and collect fines from the tenant if levied. We collect and hold security deposits in a trust account in accordance with state laws and provide monthly and year end accounting statements.
How We Help
We protect your investment by providing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help determine your properties rental value. We administer a thorough application and screening prior to signing the lease, including credit reports, employment verification and housing references. We maintain your property by scheduling any necessary repairs through a licensed, insured and bonded repair company.
