Helping to find you a tenant for your property is only one facet of our job. In addition, we will explain property management principles and paperwork, assist you in preparing your property for lease, market your property to potential tenants and agents and negotiate with tenants and agents on your behalf.
By working with us, you will have a skilled negotiator representing your interests, understand all the paperwork involved, have a vast marketing exposure to agents and prospective tenants searching the web and have a peace of mind that all the details are being handled.
We will work diligently for you every day during the process of locating a tenant and once the tenant is in your house, we will ensure the tenant is maintaining your property through an initial walk through at move-in, quarterly inspections and a move-out walk through to verify the house is in the same or better condition than at move-in. We will coordinate any maintenance repairs to the property with the tenant and deal with any HOA violations that arise.
We do not charge any set-up fees, advertising fees or maintenance up charge fees. We use the services of a maintenance company that provides the repairs to our properties and have therefore been able to negotiate reasonable rates based on this. We do not charge a cancellation fee as we believe you should be happy with the services that we provide for you and if we are not doing the job you expect, you should be able to cancel without a penalty.

About Us
Marti Ladd
Marti Ladd is originally from Michigan, where she was employed as the Cash Services Manager for a large Credit Union in Ann Arbor before moving to Las Vegas in 1997. Since her move, she was a Supervisor for Lillian Vernon Corporation and the Shift Manager for a large outsourcing company that handled customer service for Prudential Life Insurance products. Due to both of those companies closing their call centers, Marti joined Bart Zimmer at Excel Realty in 2004 as his transaction coordinator.
Obtaining her Real Estate License in early 2006, Marti handled all of the transactions for The Zimmer Team, becoming the Operations Manager at Zimmer Real Estate Group. Marti handled all the files and transactions within the company while still working on her personal sales goals. She became a licensed Property Manager in early 2009 and built the business up to 32 properties before joining Windermere Prestige Properties in 2011. Since then, Marti has grown her business to managing over 208 Single family residences in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. Windermere transitioned to Corcoran Global Living in September of 2021. She joined Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty in December of 2022 Marti and her team continue to offer 5-star Property Management to their clients and look forward to continued growth.

James George
James was born in a small town outside of Los Angeles California. He spent his adult life in the rain and gloom of Seattle Washington where he was the regional manager for a landscape supply company. In 2015 he decided to get his real estate license and pursue a career in real estate with Windermere Lake Stevens. In 2017 he moved to Las Vegas to escape grey skies and live closer to family. He quickly crossed paths with Marti who offered him a position within her property management company.
When he isn’t assisting owners and tenants he is collecting sneakers and watching hockey Go Knight Go!
